Job Description

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and talented Florida licensed ARNP or PA, who is certified in plastic surgery, to work in a supporting role to our plastic surgeon in our beautiful new Clearwater location. Our Clearwater office will open in early 2012 and will feature a state-of-the-art plastic surgery cinic and office-based surgical suite. The ideal candidate is at ease working in a surgical medi-spa setting while adhering to high standards and protocols in a medical facility. We are seeking a provider who has experience with the care and management of plastic surgery apteints, and lasser treatments and injectables. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing superior results and has an outstanding ability to communicate. There is a considerable financial opportunity for the right candidate who is committed to excellent outcomes and developing a referral network. This position has the opportunity for management responsibilities, therefore prior management experience would also be a plus. Job Description and Requirements: · Full time position – we have some flexibility in developing a schedule that is mutually beneficial. Some evening or weekend hours may be required. · Management of post-surgical care and appointments · Field postoperative calls from patients · Perform procedures independently, such as lasers and injectables · Participation of call responsibilities for surgeon · Provider will meet with clients, develop and approve treatment plans, and provide a variety of cosmetic services including: Botox, dermal fillers, facial ablative procedures, laser hair and vein removal, and other types of laser skin rejuvenation. · Skilled communicator who is comfortable with public speaking, networking within the community, and developing leads · Provide consistent excellent customer service to patients in a fast-paced environment with honesty, empathy, patience, kindness, thoroughness, and attention to detail · Ability to be flexible and to work collaboratively in concert with a team · Active Florida license required · Non-smoker We are a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
